The Nineteen Movements Chen Style Tai Chi was created by 19th generation Chen Style Taiji master, Chen Xiaowang. This form combines aspects of old frame or Laojia, new frame or Xinjia, and small frame or Xiaojia. To make more and more peope understand Chen Style Taiji, and to further general undrestanding of taiji culture, Master Chen created the set of nineteen motions. This form is easy to learn and suitable for new learners.
