5. Restocking fees:
   • 15% for stock merchandise.
   • 50% for non-stock or special-order merchandise.
6. The following items are non-returnable:
   • Custom merchandise (unless defective).
   • Clearance sale items.
   • Videos, DVDs, and books (unless defective).

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item is damaged during shipping or found to be defective, please contact us immediately. Authorization is required for returning such items, and they can be exchanged at no additional cost.
 

Shoe Returns

Shoes can only be returned or exchanged if unworn (except for trying them on).
 

Exchange Policy
