Refund and Return Policy

KungFuDirect.com (KFD) is committed to providing the best possible customer service. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us promptly to arrange a return or exchange.
 

Return Guidelines

• Returns are accepted only within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Authorization is required for all returns. Please contact us before sending your return. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and returned to the sender.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs for the return unless the product is defective or KungFuDirect.com has made an error.
• Returns can be made for a refund or store credit, as per your preference.
• Items returned must be received in undamaged, unused, and 100% resalable condition at our warehouse.
• A restocking fee applies as follows:
  • 15% for stock merchandise.
  • 50% for non-stock or special-order merchandise.
• Shoe Returns: Only unworn shoes, except for trying them on, will be accepted.
• Videos, DVDs, and Books: These items can only be exchanged for the same title if defective from the manufacturer.
• Defective Merchandise: Defective items can be returned for a refund or exchange at no charge. Authorization is required.
• Merchandise that has been improperly used will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Refer to product descriptions for intended use or contact us for clarification.
• Custom Merchandise: Custom orders are not returnable unless defective. No refunds are available for custom items once received.

Exchange Guidelines

• Exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Exchanges are allowed for another size, color, or item, provided the price difference (if any) is paid.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs for both sending and receiving the exchange.
• Authorization is required for all exchanges. Please contact us before sending your exchange. Unauthorized exchanges will be rejected and returned to the sender.

Damaged Items

If any item was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. For added protection, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
 

Clearance Sale Items

All clearance sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
