NEW! Made out of durable wax wood. The spear is widely considered the king of all equipment in Wushu and is one of the most dominant long weapons. Basic techniques include pricking, thrusting, circling, blocking, pointing, poking, holding, and wringing. It is recommended to hold the spear firmly and flexibly, and advance and retreat freely and smoothly, pricking the opponent quickly and directly with force on the point of the spear. This is an important basic skill in spear play. When holding the spear, it should be close to the waist for support to exert force easily. In all spear play routines, the point of the spear moves in a circle, which is regarded as the fundamental of all styles of spear play and requires hard practice. The spear tip made out of stainless steel and the head is strong with a distinctive diamond-shaped cross-section. How to find your spear size:

To determine the proper height of the spear, stand straight and stretch one arm straight over the head. The tiptop of the spear should not be shorter than the wrist or longer than the fingertip of the stretched arm on the same side as the spear hand.
