1. Design Options:

a. Self-Design: Customers can email us their pre-designed vector design files, and provide instructions for us to understand your requirements.

b. Assisted Design: Customers can provide design sketches and text content, and our design team will create the medal and medal ribbon design. There is a design fee of $150 USD. However, if the customer orders more than 200 medals, the design fee will be waived.

c. Set up: All custom-designed medals require the production of corresponding molds, and there is a one-time mold fee of $100 USD.

2. Price Calculation:

The price of the medals will be calculated based on the weight and quantity of the order. Our pricing will consider the production and design costs associated with the medals. Please provide specific weight and quantity information to receive an accurate quote.

3. Medal Production Techniques:

We offer various production techniques, including frosted finish and enamel painting, among others, to cater to different preferences and aesthetic choices. Different production techniques may affect the price, so please specify your preferred technique when placing your order.
