• Merchandise for returns must be received in our warehouse in an undamaged, unused, and 100% resalable condition.

• Shoe returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the shoes are unworn, except for trying them on.
• Videos, DVDs, and books can only be exchanged for the same title if defective from the manufacturer.
