This boxing was created on the base of Xing Yi Five Element Fist. It embodies Five Elements’ relationship of each element’s creation and elimination to the other elements. For an example, Chopping fist will break snap fist, cannon fist breaks chopping fist, whipping fist breaks drilling fist….and so on.
This video will teach the practitioner the relationship among the five element fist and how to break of the fists using one of the five element fists. This routine is to be trained by two people, traveling back and forth, practicing to attack and defend on each of the five elements fist.
