Choy Lee Fat (Cai Li Fo) is a main style of Southern Fist, created on the basis of Shaolin Kung Fu by Chen Henggong in the beginning of 19th century. It is popular in the Southeast Asia and American- European. This video is demonstrated by Master Chen Yong Fa, the President of Globe Cai Lifo Kung Fu.
