Chen Tai Chi Old Form First Road has a different workout level capacity and intensity. When training the First Road, the movements are soft, slow, more balanced, stretched out, open, in short a bigger frame. It combines some fast and slow but is more soft then hard. CHEN STYLE TAI CHI OLD FORM 2nd ROAD requires fast, strong motions with more snap and springing power training. The entire form includes lots of movement such as: jumping, cutting the rice, elbowing, grabbing, and leaping.
