The Straight Sword is well balanced, lightweight, and easier to make louder sounds.

Straight sword blade length :
21"  22" , 24.5", 26", 27.5", 29", 30:, 32"

Due to this weapon's lighter and louder nature, it is more prone to damage the blade after a routine.

Although it is not necessary, athletes are recommended to wrap the blade with cloth white tape about 2cm above and below the end to protect the edge.

General Guidelines for Straight Sword Length

The Broadsword/Straight Sword tip must be the same level as the top of the ear when held in the left hand, and athletes must have the hand guard on the palm of their hand.
